Vicki Higgins is the principal of Agenda Innovation Hawai`i and has more than 10 years of hands-on experience in all areas of nonprofit management in Hawai`i. She has served on Boards, worked as Executive Director for organizations with multi-million dollar operating budgets, and Director of Development increasing budgets by more than $1 million. Vicki has also worked in communications, the state legislature, and the visitor industry in Hawai`i before relocating to the mainland several years ago. She worked as the Senior Administrator at a prestigious international law firm for 5 years in San Francisco before moving home.
